Guest Post--Writing Process by Kristi Strong!

In my writing process post I briefly introduced, The Mega Book of Stuff, or MBoS. This book is my life when it comes to writing, and has everything I need within it's 3-ring binder world.

You see, I never know where I will be writing. Sometimes it's in my office, sometimes downstairs on the laptop, and on rare occasion on my lunch break at work. I also am brainstorming all the time, and need a place to compile all of that information.

Each book has it's own title page with a jpg of the cover image (if I updated it).

On the reverse side, legal information about the book, as well as contributors
Next to the legal information is the final character list.

There is also what I call a "dirty character list". This is an on-going list as I add ages, descriptions, or important information and as the character develops.

This is what my brainstorming pages look like. Mostly just a jumble as different ideas come to me.

Then there are my inspiration images. Mostly from Google image searches, Pinterest, etc. These are a few of my inspiration pics for book 4 in the Land of Kaldalangra series, Jewel of the Court.

And there you have it, my Mega Book of Stuff. Soon I'm going to be adding in sales records and things of that nature as well.
